Team Building

Team Coaching

Team Coaching accelerates a team on its journey to high performance. It combines the best of coaching, training and off-sites to provide sustained development for real teams (virtual or co-located). Based on a deep understanding of the psychological processes that drive team performance, it enables teams to develop the motivation and collaborative capability to perform. The coaching format supports teams as they develop and fine-tune the processes needed to get work done and maintain relationships, to become more effective and efficient.

Team Development Centres

Development Centres are an established part of personal development. A Team Development Centre will do the same thing for teams in your organisation by:

A Team Development Centre lasts one or two days and consists of a series of “exercises” based on a single scenario that evolves and sets new challenges for the team as the centre progresses. We design scenarios specifically for your organisation to replicate the kinds of challenges and pressures that teams will commonly face.

Team Genius

There is a paradox – game changing, breakthrough innovation depends on collaboration and yet, most teams are anti-innovative. Not because they are composed of unimaginative individuals, but because the dynamics in ordinary teams, underpinned by a hardwired human need to be included, maintain the status quo, quash deviation and kill true innovation, before it is even born.

When was the last time your team came up with a game changing innovation? When did you last slay a sacred cow? How many ideas have you consigned to the dustbin by saying “nice idea in a perfect world, but we don’t work in one… we’d never get the budget… we don’t have the time”? For innovation to happen takes an active and rigorous pursuit of new ideas. Speaking one’s mind, honesty, curiosity and listening to really understand are prerequisites for innovation but not enough.

Team Genius is a methodology that enables teams to apply new and challenging thinking processes. Teams arrive with a real “big problem” to solve and we guide them on a “breakthrough thinking journey” to find innovative ways to solve the problem. This is a collaborative process in which logical rational thought is refocused (rather than suspended as it is in brainstorming) to generate innovations.
