Procurement Development Programme

The Centre for Team Excellence recently designed a Procurement Development programme for 190 middle managers in Japan, using Japanese as the main language.

High Performing Teams

We worked with a high performing team from an international accountancy organisation to develop their skills through a two day instructional course, which enabled delegates to evaluate the impact on performance of a team’s culture and learn how to improve it.

Team Building

We structured a team building off-site for a team of partners in a top 5 accountancy firm specifically to;

Build commitment to the team amongst partners
Encourage engagement and collaboration
Focus attention on the business objectives and the agreed strategy
Improve trust amongst team members
Reach agreement about expectations for behaviours within the team

New Teams

Engage and motivate team members
Establish new working practices/processes
Clarify responsibilities

Leadership Programme

Jeremy delivered a leadership programme for a team of senior officers from the Army, Navy, RAF and MOD responsible for Britain’s helicopter force. This particular programme was specifically designed to address the needs and requirements of a diverse leadership team in a highly responsible role.

Global Teams

We recently designed and implemented a global team focused change programme consisting of training 120 “champions” in America, Europe and Asia, to help deliver a new organisational strategy for a large pharmaceutical company. Our team was built of language speakers and those who had worked previously in these countries to understand the cultural sensitivity.
