Training for facilitators

Designed for consultants HR, Training and Learning & Development people who need to facilitate team interventions with more skill and impact, we offer fundamental and advanced team facilitator training courses on an open and in-company basis.

TeamMARK accreditation

Learn to use TeamMARK, the most sophisticated diagnostic tool available for teams.

What does TeamMARK do?

TeamMARK helps teams to develop relationships that drive performance.

How does it do that?

A. It focuses attention on the shared beliefs that drive motivation and behaviour in the team (so called team dynamics).

How does that work?

Motivation and behaviour in a team is significantly affected by what team members believe it means to be a part of the team; their shared expectations of each other. This effect is much more significant than most people understand and has quite predictable effects on the dynamics of relationships. TeamMARK gives teams information about which beliefs they need to develop or modify to change dynamics to become more fulfilling and better performing.

Who should be trained?

  • Internal consultants, trainers, OD practitioners who work with teams or are asked to run off-sites
  • External trainers, consultants who work with teams, run off-sites or do team building.

We offer special “conversion courses” for Occupational Psychologists, NTL graduates, Magersion-Mcann users, Belbin users, MBTI users, FIRO-B users, EQ users.
