The Centre for Team Excellence recently designed a Procurement Development programme for 190 middle managers in Japan, using Japanese as the main language.
High Performing Teams 0
We worked with a high performing team from an international accountancy organisation to develop their skills through a two day instructional course, which enabled delegates to evaluate the impact on performance of a team’s culture and learn how to improve it.

We structured a team building off-site for a team of partners in a top 5 accountancy firm specifically to;
- Build commitment to the team amongst partners
- Encourage engagement and collaboration
- Focus attention on the business objectives and the agreed strategy
- Improve trust amongst team members
- Reach agreement about expectations for behaviours within the team
